Reservations
A deposit of $695 must accompany the reservation form for each participant enrolling in the tour.  An additional  $1,650 is due by October15, 2010.  Final payment of $1,650 is due by January 15, 2011.

Price per person includes:
Round trip air from Chicago or New York City; lodging at 5-star Israeli hotels, double occupancy (single room supplement : $700 for Israel only, plus $175 for Petra extension); breakfast and dinner daily (lunches not included); touring in private air-conditioned tour bus with Israeli driver; licensed, experienced, knowledgeable Israeli tour guide; ALL tips, taxes, entrance and transportation fees. 
Cost is based on charges, taxes, exchange rates known at the time of booking.  We regret should any of these costs change, a surcharge may be added to the cost of your tour.  You will  be notified prior to travel.
 
Deviations and Changes
Requests for change from itinerary are subject to a $100 deviation fee per person, plus any applicable airfare or ground transportation surcharges. Changes cannot accepted after January 15, 2011.

Refunds & Cancellations
Messianic Journeys must receive all cancellation notices in writing.  Prior to September 1, refund less $250 cancellation fee; after September 1 until December 1, refund less $750cancellation fee; after December 1 until February 1, refund less $1,000 cancellation fee; after February 1, 2011 sorry no refund.

Passports
You must have a valid passport with expiration not less than 6 months prior to returning to the US.

Baggage Allowance
One checked bag, not to exceed 62 inches (length plus width plus depth)  maximum 50 lbs.  One carry on piece not exceeding airline regulations.

Liabiity
The Moody Church, Running to Win and Messianic Journeys act only as agents for the various companies whose conveyances and accommodations are utilized.  They assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, carriage, automobile, airplane, or other conveyance which will be used either wholly or in part. Neither will they be responsible for any act, error, omission, or any injury, loss, accident, or any delay which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle or through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in the conveying of passengers. The tour directors accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in motorcoach, train, airplane services, or that of any other conveyance, sickness, accident, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger.  Prices and schedules appearing in this brochure are based on current costs and tariff rates and are subject to change of which you will be notified.

Responsibility
Daily touring requires significant amount of walking, sometimes over rough or hilly terrain in hot weather.  Individuals registering for this trip accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour.
